Free Zoom Yoga Nidra offering every Tuesday at 2:00 to 2:40 pm throughout the year.
Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation that balances the nervous system. It is used for Insomnia, Depression, PTSD, Addictions, Workplace Burnout, and for anyone who has trouble with resisting accepting life “as is”.
- It profoundly releases tension in the body, preventing stress related diseases at the root.
- It trains the body-mind to be disengaged from stress producing thoughts.
- Using attention, Yoga Nidra plants intention to relieve habitual states of being that need to be released.
Claudia Phipps trained in India and became certified in Yoga Nidra in 2019. Soon she will be celebrating the 100th Zoom meditation for the 2:00 class. All are welcome.
